The Neural Filters are in the system but are not pre-installed. Unfortunately, you cannot download them in the program because there is no connection to the Adobe Cloud.

help,the neural filters i have put it in the 23 and 22 internal folder and restarted and still dosent work i tried everything but nothing happens it stay greyed out

i have folder 22 empty but 23 isnt and have the internal folder so i copied the files inside the neural folder and put them in the internal folder inside 23 there i then open photoshop but nothing happened so i copied the internal folder to 22 and still nothing i tried restarting and i tried deleting the staff in the internal folder and put the neural filter files but still nothing.

update: it worked and i did a photo with it but later an error ocurred it said we have temporarily disabled this filter because of an error
