Works with Adobe Photoshop, in any language
These ActionScripts have been tested and work with Adobe Photoshop CC2015, CC2017, CC2018, CC2019 or later in any language. They have not been tested in any languages, so there is a small chance of errors for Arabic or Chinese languages. They work with Text, Painting, Illustration and Photos: many thanks to Mr. Rezania for allowing preview of this effect with his amazing photos.
Why is this extension outperforming the stock
This code is designed to work with any image, at any resolution and depth. The end result will be in 8-bit RGB regardless of the original format: remember that you can revert back to your settings once the Actionscript is finished. If your starting image is less than 3000 pixels, it will be resized so the filters and decorator scripts work correctly and always give you good results.
The scripts work differently depending on your starting area, your photo, and the Document report: they always create more scatters around the edges and more solid parts towards the center.
Some manual adjustments will still be required
It is very important to know that the default result with Additional Graphics (Diary, Brush, Line) is always black and on a white background (check the previews for more).
Having a particular layer group will always need manual adjustment (white stroke) as it depends a lot on the original image.
